Examples of using a fully self-priming pump
Here are some examples of using a fully self-priming pump.
The usage example is for Company A (a chemical company in Chiba Prefecture). The pump model is SPF-100, and it has been in operation for approximately 26 years. The fluid name is wastewater pit sludge. The purpose is to suck up the sludge and transfer it to the treatment tank. In detail, from the suction points in a pit of about 100m² (a total of 6 points), one pump self-primes up to -2m to the liquid surface and transfers it to the treatment tank beside the pit. The number of suction points can be adjusted based on the amount of sludge accumulation, allowing for suction from one point at a time or simultaneously from two or more points, with adjustments made via the valves in the suction line.
